update: Union 30 Live

About a week ago this video was posted on the Gonzo Multimedia YouTube channel regarding the boxset, featuring Jon Kirkman going over the contents of the prototype.  There has been another delay announced, and it looks like now the release date has been pushed back to the end of the month.

I daresay Kirkman is doing rather a better job of presenting than Wakey, but then again he's had more practice at it.  He also notes the "ruling" about unused footage being destroyed, which at least this time he does admit is a very strange practice.  But after seeing the miniature replica of the tour book, I still have to assert that you'd be far better off buying a copy from eBay if you don't already have one.

However, if you're interested in obtaining free digital files of the Mountain View show (and if you don't already have the original Union Live set), then you can sign up for the mailing list at the Music Glue storefront and they will send you a download link with a variety of formats available.
